Durch die Teilnahme am Programm erklärt sich der Partner damit einverstanden, das Programm gemäß diesen Geschäftsbedingungen zu nutzen und an diese gebunden zu sein. Wenn Sie mit diesen Geschäftsbedingungen nicht vollständig einverstanden sind, sind Sie nicht berechtigt, sich als Partner zu registrieren oder in irgendeiner Weise am Programm teilzunehmen.

Genehmigung oder Ablehnung der Registrierung

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, JEDE Registrierung für das Partnerprogramm nach eigenem Ermessen zu genehmigen oder abzulehnen. Sie haben keine rechtliche Handhabe gegen uns bezüglich der Ablehnung Ihrer Registrierung für das Partnerprogramm.

Partnerlinks und Gutscheine

Der Partnerlink wird automatisch generiert, aber Sie können auch einen Partnerlink für ein bestimmtes Produkt oder eine bestimmte Kollektion generieren. Wenn eine Person auf den Empfehlungslink einer anderen Person klickt und später auf Ihren klickt, wird Ihrer gezählt. Dem Partner kann ein Gutscheincode mit Details und Verwendungsmöglichkeiten im Dashboard zugewiesen oder auch nicht zugewiesen werden. Wenn ein Kunde sowohl auf den Partnerlink klickt als auch den Gutscheincode verwendet, erhalten Sie keine doppelte Provision. Wenn Ihnen kein Markengutschein zugewiesen ist, ist es Ihnen nicht gestattet, für den Gutschein zu werben. Der Partner kann auch die Website des Händlers auf Online-Kanälen wie Facebook, Instagram, TikTok oder auch offline in Zeitschriften, persönlich o.ä. bewerben.

Provisionen und Zahlungen

Wenn Sie einen Kunden dazu verweisen, einen Kauf auf unserer Website zu tätigen, erhalten Sie einen Provisionsbetrag, der auf der Provisionsstruktur basiert. Der Provisionsbetrag hängt vom Bestellwert ab und enthält keine zusätzlichen Gebühren (Steuern, Versandkosten usw.). Damit ein Partner eine Provision erhalten kann, müssen Sie die Zahlungsdetails in den Einstellungen angeben. Der Zahlungsplan wird auf der Seite "Partneranleitung" bekannt gegeben. Zahlungen werden nur für erfolgreich abgeschlossene Transaktionen gesendet. Die Nutzung des Partnerprogramms unterliegt einer Fair-Use-Richtlinie, die dem Händler das Recht gibt, jede einzelne Empfehlungsbestellung zu überprüfen. Der Status der Provision wird im Tab "Provision" angezeigt, jede gezahlte Provision wird im Tab "Zahlung" aufgeführt. Transaktionen, die zu Rückbuchungen oder Rückerstattungen führen, werden nicht ausgezahlt.

Marketing-Tools

Wir können Ihnen Werbemittel wie Banner, Logo oder spezielle Kollektionswerbung über den Tab "Marketing-Tools" zur Verfügung stellen. Sie können die Medien herunterladen oder den HTML-Einbettungscode erhalten, um ihn auf Partnerkanälen zu teilen.

Cookies

Wir verwenden Cookies, um Personen zu verfolgen, die auf Ihren Link geklickt haben. Wenn eine Person Cookies nicht erlaubt oder die Cookies löscht, können wir die Bestellung nicht verfolgen und daher keine Einnahmen für die Aktivität dieser Person zahlen. Die Cookie-Dauer wird im Affiliate-Registrierungsformular angegeben. Die Verfolgungsdauer beginnt ab dem Zeitpunkt, an dem ein Kunde auf den Affiliate-Link klickt oder den Gutschein verwendet. Innerhalb der Cookie-Dauer führt jede Bestellung, die dieser Kunde auf der Website des Händlers macht, automatisch zu Provisionen für den Affiliate (Es ist nicht erforderlich, dass der Kunde erneut auf den Affiliate-Link klickt).

Entfernung aus dem Empfehlungsprogramm

Wenn ein Affiliate aus dem Affiliate-Programm entfernt werden möchte, kann dies per E-Mail an partner@riskyclo.com erfolgen.

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
